All provinces, including the Capital Territory, have provided the Court with the total number of theย public sector universities situated within their jurisdiction along with the number of universities where the position of the Vice Chancellor is either vacant or being run through an acting vice chancellor.
The universities and other respondents were directed to file comments and other details by the next date of hearing.
