Lahore High Court, Lahore in case titled Malik Zulfiqar Ahmad etc. VS. Mosaddaq Parvaiz etc. has held that a subsequent vendee who has knowledge of the original  agreement with regard to the same land with another vendee by  vendor cannot be said to be bona fide purchaser. Thus, benefit of proviso “b” of section 27 of the Specific Relief Act, 1877 cannot be extended to such person.
