Mr. Baloch completed his law degree at Balochistan University and started practical training in Quetta before moving to Islamabad, where he has been practicing for the past five years. As a High Court advocate, his focus is primarily on trial litigation, or ‘katchehri’ work, which he believe is crucial for any lawyer. He regularly appear in Magistrate, Sessions, Family, and District Courts across Islamabad. Recently, he has worked alongside Mr. Umer Ijaz Gilani on successful cases before the Election Commission of Pakistan and the Federal Ombudsman for Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace.

Two years ago, he joined Law and Policy Chambers, which has provided him with a collaborative and supportive environment. This has allowed him to focus on areas of specialization.
