On Saturday 5th August, the Trail Court of Additional Sessions and District Judge, Mr. Humayo Dilawar, issued a 30 pages judgment, disqualifying former Prime Minister, Mr. Imran Ahmad Khan Niazi. The allegations leveled against Mr. Imran Khan were pertaining to selling and retaining gifts from Toshah Khana ( Treasure House-Treasury) in violation of laws. The judgments held Mr. Khan accountable and convicted him for three years imprisonment and fined him up to one hundred thousand rupees.
