Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008

Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan through S.R.O. 1203(I)/2008 has notified Regulations, 2008 for None banking finance companies and notified entities for purposes such as leasing, investment
finance services, housing finance services, asset management services and investment advisory
services and their business activities.
