Mr. Osama Yousaf completed his BA-LLB (Hons) in Shariah and Law from the International Islamic University, Islamabad. He joined Law & Policy Chambers as an Associate in August 2023, where he has since contributed to a wide range of the firm's litigation work.
His practice spans civil suits, family law, service law, citizenship and NADRA matters, constitutional law, and public interest litigation before the District Courts and the Constitutional Courts, including but not limited to cases involving refugees in Pakistan.
His broader research interests, spanning Constitutional Law, Family Law, International Law, Shariah, Philosophy, and History, reflect an abiding interest in law as scholarly inquiry and a vehicle for social change.
