Mr. Yousafzai completed LLB (Hons.) from the International Islamic University in Islamabad and began practicing law in 2020 at the district level in Islamabad. Under the guidance of a senior colleague who had served as a Civil Judge, he gained invaluable experience in procedural law, arguing cases in areas such as land, revenue, family, and employment law. He also represented major corporations like OGDCL in corporate, commercial, arbitration, labor, and service matters before trial courts.

After spending two years in trial court practice, he sought an opportunity to expand his expertise in constitutional law and policy matters, which led him to join Law and Policy Chambers. The firm’s unique model, which brings together legal specialists from diverse fields, provides a collaborative environment that enhances both client service and our ability to deepen our knowledge of the law across various areas.
