A new amendment with regard to limitation of filling appeal in murder case against the decision of the trail court in Limitation Act, 1908, is out. The Legislature has enhanced the 7 day period of filling an appeal in murder cases to 30 days by amending Article 150 of the Limitation Act, 1908. Below is the copy of the amendment act;
