Mr. Mandokhail is a graduate of the University of London, United Kingdom and has been enrolled in the Balochistan Bar Council.

Mr. Mandokhail’s main areas of practice are Constitutional, Corporate, Taxation and Civil Law and has been appearing regularly before the High Courts and the Subordinate Courts in a number of cases. Mr. Mandokhail also has a keen interest in Public Interest Litigation, he is currently the Petitioner in a case titled Shahzain Khan Mandokhail vs Federation of Pakistan pending before the Islamabad High Court which is a Pro Bono Publico involving various questions of Constitutional interpretation with respect to the protection of Fundamental rights.

Mr. Mandokhail has also had the privilege to advise numerous State-owned Enterprises and private institutions on queries of legal nature. He has also had the privilege of drafting, reviewing and finalising contracts involving transactions of up-to and over a Million Dollars, Mr. Mandokhail has also had the privilege of drafting numerous Writ Petitions before the High Courts and Constitutional Petitions before the Supreme Court of Pakistan and has had the honour of assisting multiple Senior Advocates of the Supreme Court before the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Mr. Mandokhail has also had the honour of adjudicating numerous Moot Court Competitions throughout Islamabad
